Ruth Garner is a National Quality and Compliance Manager of Aurecon's Training & Development team. Aurecon Australia Pty Ltd RTO 90921 is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) under the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) in the energy sector. With over 50 years of experience, the team provides specialized training for different fields such as energy, utilities, management, mining, resources, engineering, and transport. Some of the training and consulting services offered include Transmission & Distribution, Power Generation, High Voltage Operations, Competency mapping, frameworks and management, Design and development of training materials, Subject Matter Expertise (SME's), and Funding applications, among others.

Ruth studied Voc. Grad Dip Management (Learning) at Lifetimes and Milestones, TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment at Australian Online Training, TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment at Aurecon, and Bachelor of Music, Singing, Piano at Charles Darwin University, among others. She has experience working in various fields such as the Administration Officer at Wormald and Hillsong International Leadership College.

Ruth's expertise lies in Compliance management against VET Quality Framework, policy, and procedure research and development, HR & T&D information management systems, instructional and program design, applications for large scale training works, and funding submissions, among others.
