She then pivoted to the business side and became the VP of Business Development for lucy activewear and later worked as the VP of Retail Research & Consulting at Forrester Research. Kate spent the majority of her career at Nike, where she held multiple high-level positions including Global Digital Business Development, Senior Director, Director of Strategic Planning, GM US Running, and Sales Director.
