Linsey Herman is a seasoned food industry professional with a career spanning in natural and conventional retail, new product development, recipe development for special diets, sourcing suppliers, manufacturing operations, and commercializing large-scale food products. Herman is passionate about partnering with founders in the food industry to create better-for-you options across numerous categories. As the Vice President of Product Development for Factory LLC, an operating company based in Bethlehem, PA, Herman works with early-stage CPG companies to grow and scale their business. She has also consulted as the Principal at Health to Shelf Consulting and served as the Product Development Manager at Daymon Worldwide. Herman holds an MBA in Marketing and Operations from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, an AS in Culinary Arts from New England Culinary Institute, and a BA in Visual and Environmental Studies, East Asian Languages, and Civilizations from Harvard University.
