Gordon Wilhoit has over 37 years of experience in healthcare operations, management, and delivery, with a strong entrepreneurial background in business and leadership. He completed his education in Doctor of Medicine (MD), Family Practice at EasternVirginiaMedicalSchool and Medical College Virginia, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences. He has been involved in the creation of the first IPA in the Low Country, served on the board of a local hospital CIN and ACO as well as its Director of Primary Care Collaborative. He is currently the Director of Clinical Innovation at Value Health Partners (VHP), focusing on healthcare consulting and helping PCPs transition to value-based healthcare, implementing a team-based approach and an effective IT strategy to leverage their skills over the healthcare continuum.
