His skillset includes end-to-end management of the due diligence process, both on the sell and buy-side, making him an ideal candidate for fast-paced, complex deals. Before joining Astor Capital Group, where he now serves as Managing Director, Lev worked for several finance giants, including Aquila Capital Group, Sberbank of Russia, UniCredit Securities, and Merrill Lynch.

Lev's expertise is broad, having covered industrial and natural resources sectors primarily, though he has shown a proficiency in handling distressed loans and optimizing value through debt restructuring and financing. His mezzanine financing skills are particularly impressive, as they are honed for generating additio nal returns in special situations. Finally, Lev Bobovik speaks multi lingual languages - most prominently, French, in addition to his ability to write and speak English fluently.
