Ed Brice is a seasoned leader with experience in the retail, insurance, and public education industries. He is a strong community professional skilled in Operations, Corporate Learning, Management, and Marketing. Ed strives to empower his teams to execute dynamic strategies with limited resources and time. He studied MA, Secondary Education at Dominican University, MA in Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Managerial Organizational Behavior at The University of Chicago-Booth School of Business, and Bachelors in Mathematics/Economics at Morehouse College. Ed is currently the Director of Education Strategy & Operations at Allstate, and was previously the Director of Learning Operations, PMO, Senior Manager, Manager of Integrated Retail Solutions & Technology Team, and Special Project Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation. Prior to his corporate experience, Ed was also a Corps Member at Teach For America and a High School Mathematics Teacher at Chicago Public Schools.
