During my short tenure, my team was able to dramatically increase revenue creation for 2 business units by implementing modern, digital demand generation strategies.

DevOps comprises a range of solutions that allow customers to efficiently deliver and manage applications and IT infrastructure. The first executive hire to the founders following Samsung Venture Investment Corporation's participation in an investment round in the startup. Focused on launching and scaling growth in ecommerce (direct and Amazon), retail (Williams-Sonoma) and direct-to-consumer (D2C) meal service subscription sales.

Products included the first WiFi-connected sous vide device for the smart kitchen (consumer IoT) and the revolutionary new launch of the first-ever "smart service" inventory management system using RFID for its meal delivery program (announced April 25, 2017); launching the recurring revenue direct to consumer (D2C) go-to-market model for the business.

Led digital marketing transformation for the IBM Cloud marketing division. Responsible for the strategy and execution of our digital experience for the performance marketing organization formed to drive IBM as the market leader in Cloud.

In this newly created role, at the IBM Innovation Center in Astor Place NYC, I led a global performance marketing team responsible for the marketing strategy and lead generation engine for the division, including a digital lab designed to optimize digital platforms. My team of digital marketing experts focused on developing the strategy and implementing the tools and campaigns necessary to transform the digital experience for Cloud; specifically, the digital experience for demand generation/digital direct marketing (including analytics strategy), content syndication, programmatic media buying, <a href="http://IBM.com/cloud">IBM.com/cloud</a> (with its own agile digital team focused on web development), organic search/SEO and collaborating closely with the IBM Cloud Marketplace and content marketing teams.
