JJ Juan is a seasoned entrepreneur and a product development expert. With experience spanning four continents, JJ has worked in multinational companies as well as in start-ups, developing new business areas and cooking up new products. Among his most significant accomplishments, JJ founded the Enterprise Innovation program at Vodafone, which facilitated rapid business validation and discovery at a global level. JJ has also led joint start-ups with several corporate partners, including Novartis, Salesforce, Thomson Reuters, and Lufthansa Systems, to develop new business development with a collective value potential of over $50M.

Prior to Enterprise Innovation, JJ honed his product development and go-to-market skills in multiple roles at Vodafone, leading the development of some successful enterprise products in the mobile market that expanded to over 5M end-users and a market of over 2B Euros. For four consecutive years, JJ's leadership helped Vodafone secure the leader position at Gartner Magic Quadrant in Telecoms Management, and he was awarded Best Enterprise Service at Mobile World Congress 2009 for VGE Global Telecoms.

JJ's skills extend beyond product development and go-to-market strategy - JJ's expertise in telecoms management, coaching, corporate negotiations, and technical sales have earned him recognition from major forums, including Dreamforce, Gartner CIO Forum, Wharton Business School, Stanford Business School, and many others. JJ is also fluent in several languages, including English, Spanish, Catalan, and Portuguese.

Outside of his professional work, JJ is an advisor and coach to several start-ups and a co-founder of ArtOfPaella. JJ is also an editor of his website, www.jjuan.net. He studied at various institutions, including IE Business School, IMD Business Programs, and Stanford University.
