Ruthanna Klawansky is a skilled solicitor with a broad range of experience in legal practice as it relates to entertainment, media, publishing, music, management, technology, competition, and the creative arts. With a specialization in areas such as Intellectual Property, Media Law, Competition and Consumer Law, Employment Law, Corporate Law, Licensing, Contracts, and Defamation, Ruthanna has graduated with a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Sydney in 2012.
Throughout her career, Ruthanna has showcased her legal acumen as a Lawyer at Kay and Hughes l Arts and Entertainment Lawyers. Prior to that, she has held various positions, including Publications/Articles writer, Legal Intern (Volunteer), Practical Legal Training Intern, and Account Coordinator at Copyright Agency and Arts Law Centre Australia.
Ruthanna began her academic journey by pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physiology and Psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand. Subsequently, she moved to the University of Sydney to pursue her JD.
