Julia Osterman is an MBA-MS Environment and Resources candidate with a wealth of experience and expertise in the conservation and environmental sustainability sectors. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from Yale University and went on to study for her MBA-MS degree at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Julia is currently the Head of Business Development at NCX and has previously held positions as US Investments at New Forests, Stanford Energy in California and the West intern at California Governor's Office of Planning and Research, Summer MBA Associate at Blue Forest Conservation, and Product Development MBA Associate at Fenix International.
Additionally, she has worked as an intern at Emerson Elemental at Emerson Collective, The Nature Conservancy (Chief of Staff, Chief Conservation Officer, Senior Program Specialist, Development Resources and Information Specialist, Interim Coordinator in the Office of the President, and Donor Engagement and Stewardship GLOBE Intern), Co-Business Manager at Whim 'n Rhythm, and as a contributing editor/intern at the Izilwane publication.
Prior to her studies, Julia worked as a "Carnivores of Madagascar" Field Assistant at Dr. Luke Dollar, Earthwatch Institute, where she developed her interest in conservation.
