Julia Braganca is a skilled business architect and graphic design specialist with extensive experience in the financial industry. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Universidade Estadual de Minas Gerais and a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication - Public Relations from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. Additionally, she attained an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management.

Julia has held several positions in prestigious consulting firms and financial institutions, including McKinsey & Company, Deloitte, Banco Santander, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. She started as a management trainee at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. where she gained experience in profit leverage departments. Later, she joined Banco Santander as a Junior Analyst, then moved on to a Senior Analyst position in Marketing for Middle Income Segment. Afterwards, she served as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, eventually becoming an Engagement Manager and then an Associate Partner. Her work in these consultancy companies helped her develop strong analytical skills and expertise in strategic planning initiatives.

Currently, Julia serves as Business Architect Director - Product & Design at Nubank. In this role, she is playing an important part in the Product & Design team, fostering the development of new financial products and services using her experience and knowledge of digital marketing, creating strategies that leverage human-centered design, and focusing on user experience.
