Wolfgang Weber is an accomplished Supply Chain leader with over 20 years of experience in all end-to-end competence fields of Supply Chain Management. He is known for his expertise in greenfield and brownfield site master-planning, production transfers, and restructuring, as well as management of double-digit million euro investments in key innovation technologies and site development. Wolfgang is highly adept at leading cross-functional interdisciplinary teams on all management levels and geographies. He is also credited with originating the Supply Chain's Digital Transformation program.

Wolfgang has a profound background process safety, sustainability footprint improvement, HSE and quality management as well as corresponding ISO standards. He holds a diploma in Safety Engineering, a degree in environmental engineering, and has studied the basics of international management and Certified Auditor ISO, Environmental, Energy and Quality Management. At Henkel Global Supply Chain B.V, he served as the Head of International Engineering and Digital Transformation and Head of Digital Transformation & SHEQ. He has also headed international production steering teams and directed Supply Chain Management in Latin America and Asia Pacific.
