Sales Administrator

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the Executive Offices.  Manage communications within and outside of the company on behalf of the General Manager and Executive Team.  Work with the General Manager and Executive Team to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.  Prepare agendas, compile data for reports, prepare and edit presentations, manage emails and draft communications.  Prioritize and manage multiple assignments with fluctuating and time sensitive deadlines.   Ensure effective project management by tracking action items, communicating status of projects and preparing business updates.  Coordinate with Federal, State, County, and local agencies to ensure regulatory and permit compliance.  Record, contract, and certificates of insurance management.  Create and monitor expense budgets including forecasting.  Train, schedule, and supervise the office staff.  Oversee numerous ever-changing calendars, schedules, and facility bookings.  Arrange corporate travel by developing itineraries; scheduling airfare; booking other transportation and arranging lodging.  Assist with planning and coordination of events.  Coordinate and fulfill donation requests.  Payroll editing and reporting.
