Asses and scope products in the Deposits, Treasury & Investment space for Consumer Banking Group & Wealth Management Group. Interface with the business’s executive team to define project requirements and translate business objectives into tactical plans. Supervise the efforts of six groups for development, implementation & customer launch. Manage a team of 82 members across 5 geographic locations.

Appointed to establish a strategic and tactical Information Technology infrastructure for the Treasury Application Development space. Invested in third party products and integrated the same with in-house developed applications which reduced the time to market. Phased out legacy application in the Rates domain and implemented Service Oriented Application which served Consumer division for the APAC region. Led 50 person team - employees and contractors.

Managed the development, implementation & support of projects for the Citi Private Bank across Asia & Europe. This role included prioritizing business changes that has to be accommodated into the three Releases for Asia & Europe businesses. Managed a team of 12 members through the development, testing & implementation cycle.
