With a J.D in Entreprenuerial and Transactional Law from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Mississippi - School of Business Administration, she is uniquely qualified to provide sound and creative business advice supported by legal knowledge.

Nancy has extensive experience advising growth-focused businesses, sophisticated entrepreneurs, and high net worth individual investors in complex transactions. She routinely advises senior management and investors on capital-raising solutions and has tailored many transactions to meet a client’s unique needs, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines.

Before founding Wood Stabell Law Group, Nancy spent 10 years in private corporate practice with two AmLaw 200 firms, where she honed her clients-first approach. She also spent time working for Affinion Group, where she was Vice President & Senior Counsel, giving her a deep understanding of how businesses face unforeseen circumstances.

Nancy is deeply committed to being an active member of her community in Nashville, where she enjoys cooking, entertaining, and traveling. When she is not working, you can find her supporting her son in his various sports and activities, or walking her beloved dog, Charlotte.
