Tem Nugmanov is a versatile entrepreneur who has made a name for himself with his expertise in supporting and investing in startups. Starting from middle school, where he sold t-shirts with celebrities printed on them, he has come a long way to found and manage a tech company, Optemization, and work with notable organizations like Notion and Techstars as an ambassador, operations consultant, and intern. Tem's passion for entrepreneurship led him to pursue a Bachelors's in Management and Entrepreneurship at New York University after studying at the New Hampton School and Harvard Summer School. During his college years, he held several leadership roles in different organizations, including NYU Entrepreneurial Institute, InnoVention Society, and NYU Tandon Future Labs. As the former President of the Class of 2019 at NYU, he shows excellent leadership skills that he employs in his professional life.
