Staffers’ founding team consists of three former hospitality industry professionals.Between the three of us, we have more than 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. We have worked in everything from nightclubs and bars to restaurants and kitchens. Throughout the years, we have seen the same problem at every place we have worked; the struggle to find staff, both temporary and permanent.The idea came to us in the summer of 2017 while working at many places at once. Being employed on a 0% contract at several places, gave us the possibility to pick up shifts when it suited us, without any commitment to work. We enjoyed the freedom and flexibility that came with this way of working. One July night after a long night shift, sitting on our balcony, we realised that we wanted to give this luxury to everyone in the industry, and Staffers was created.Our vision is to change the way of staffing and working, by creating a platform that values flexibility and diversity of jobs, giving people the opportunity to do the things that truly matter. At the same time, allowing businesses to connect to an experienced workforce that allows them to upscale on a moments notice.We want to create a platform as a tool to help us reach this vision. A platform where businesses and professionals can connect. The third Radio Station I started in Norway was called Radio 3. We had very popular ratings and peaked at 37 % of the people living in the region listening to the radio every day. The broadcasting company was sold in december 2010, Radio 3 as a trademark has been kept by Noble Holding as a trademark for the future.

Spellemannprisen er en prisutdeling til norske musikkartister som har utmerket seg på en positiv måte det foregående året. Prisen ble etablert på initiativ fra det norske IFPI (internasjonal organisasjon for platebransjen) og delt ut første gang i 1973 for plateåret 1972 og har blitt delt ut hvert år siden. Utdelingen arrangeres av Spellemannskomiteen, som er oppnevnt av IFPI Norge og FONO.Det deles ut priser i 17 sjangerbestemte klasser, tre priser til opphavsmenn (årets samtidskomponist, populærkomponist og tekstforfatter) og fire tilleggsklasser (Årets spellemann, nykommer, hit og musikkvideo). I tillegg tar komiteen stilling til om det skal deles ut hederspris og bransjepris. For hver av de sjangerbestemte klassene utnevnes det en fagjury hvor sammensetningen holdes hemmelig for hverandre og utenforstående. Fagjuryene bestemmer ved hjelp av poenggivning hvilke av de påmeldte artistene og platene som skal nomineres i de ulike klassene. Det nomineres normalt tre i hver klasse. Fagjuryen stemmer deretter fram en vinner som mottar en bronsestatuett og diplom.En egen fagjury nominerer opp til ti videoer til årets musikkvideo mens Spellemannkomiteen selv nominerer artister til kategoriene årets hit og årets nykommer. Gramo is the joint collection society in Norway for musicians, performing artists and phonogram producers.Gramo manages and administers the right of performers and producers to receive remuneration when recorded music is played on the airways or in other public arenas.Gramo collects remuneration from radio stations, cafes, hotels, shops and other users of recorded music in public arenas, and distributes these to all who participated in the recordings.In addition to its 14,000 members, Gramo also represents all other rights holders who have participated in recordings that are protected under the Copyright Act.BackgroundGramo was established as an Association on 7th June 1989 as a result of Section 45b of the Copyright Act that afforded performing artists and producers the right to receive remuneration from the use of their recordings. From and including 1.1.90 the said right encompassed use in broadcasting on the airways and from 1.7.2001 this was extended to include other public use (in cafes, shops, hotels and so forth).The founders of Gramo were the organisations Norsk Musikerforbund, Norsk Tonekunstnersamfund, Norsk Skuespillerforbund, Skuespillerforeningen av 1978, FONO and IFPI Norge.
