Karen Buttrey is a seasoned Chief of Staff with extensive experience in managing chapter operations and overseeing Boards of Directors. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana Wesleyan University, and additional studies in Integral Leadership at Stagen Leadership Academy, Karen has developed a well-rounded skillset that makes her a valuable asset to any organization. Her career journey began at Young Presidents' Organization as a Chapter Administrator in Indiana, overseeing the health of 18 chapters in the Midwest before transitioning into her role as a Regional Director for the Central and East Central US Regions. Currently, Karen serves as the Chief of Staff for the YPO Global Board of Directors, managing the office of the Global Chairman and the Global Board. She is also a respected member of the Advisory Board of the Lake Institute on Faith and Giving at Indiana University's Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and an Elder at Second Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis. When she is not working, Karen enjoys golfing, entertaining, reading, and spending time with her family. She is also a proud member of the Tiffany Circle at the American Red Cross.
