Mike Schwarz is a seasoned product and software leader with over 15 years of experience crafting and executing articulate product strategies. Mike's expertise lies in creating and leading expert engineering teams that deliver cohesive and scalable execution. He has a passion for unlocking the potential of technical talent and creating an environment where engineering teams feel valued and part of the business. Mike has a Master of Science in Engineering & Telecommunications and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Throughout his career, Mike has held various leadership roles, including Director of Agile COE, Vice President of Product Development, and Head of IT App Dev. He has also worked as a consultant, solution architect, and program manager. Mike is currently a Delivery Manager at Cprime, where he is also an Enterprise Agile Coach.

In his free time, Mike can be found cycling, skiing, and spending time with his two daughters. He currently resides in Boulder County, CO.
