With extensive experience in turning around failing companies, M&A transactions, and scaling international operations, he has a proven track record of success. Robin has held board positions across multiple organizations, including Integrated Fluidics Inc., Cesca Therapeutics Inc., and Cantimer Inc. Additionally, he co-founded and helped lead two med-tech startups, further attesting to his entrepreneurial spirit.

As a former executive at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Dade Behring Inc., and Siemens Healthineers, Robin has overseen multi-million-dollar businesses and led P&L's worth over $500 million in revenue and over $170 million in EBITDA. He has developed an exceptional aptitude for identifying compelling growth strategies, reallocation of resources, and establishing best practices.

Furthermore, Robin studied the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours from the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Nottingham.
