Karim Baazet is a seasoned business leader with over a decade of experience in senior management positions in the US. He is the founder and CEO of Nevo Technologies, a value-added distributor of enterprise security solutions with offices in Morocco and the US. Karim's passion is for the quick adaptation of cutting-edge IT innovations by North and West African businesses and governments. Under his leadership, Nevo Technologies represents over 16 leading brands in the IT software and hardware sector, including HPE security portfolio, ArcSight, Fortify, Rapid7, and Barracuda.

Karim's expertise in product development, sales and marketing, vendor relations, and technology management has led to several awards, including the OCP-AmCham (American Chamber of Commerce) Award for the "Import of Innovative Products." Before founding Nevo Technologies, Karim served as the COO of Pequod Communications in Princeton, New Jersey, where he developed the company's global strategy and increased profitability through a complete redesign of the company's information systems and processes.

Karim holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship Studies, a Certificate in Total Quality Management, and a Cybersecurity certification from MIT. He is an expert in leadership development, quality control analysis, training and development, and contract and deal negotiations.
