Deborah Kytic is an accomplished business leader and marketer with a wealth of experience across various sectors including B2B, B2C, and NFP. Her skills span branding, advertising, digital experiences, and marketing communications aimed at creating outstanding customer experiences and reputation positioning. She has honed her skills in customer relationship management, digital performance, and harnessing online capabilities through search, social, and digital campaigns to drive sales and business outcomes. In addition to her marketing expertise, Kytic is also a skilled trainer, educator, and facilitator having previously developed and run courses on retention, loyalty, and data-driven marketing. She has owned a digital marketing agency, Loqium, and held positions at Prospa, Aussie, and Optus in various directorial capacities, such as Head of Marketing, Director of Marketing SMB, and General Manager Customer Knowledge.
