Lupita Colmenero is a notable Executive, Philanthropist, and Latina mother who has devoted her life to empower people and help them become their best selves. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Latina Style and Executive Vice President at El Hispano News while also being the founder of a non-profit organization called Parents Step Ahead.

Lupita migrated to the US from Mexico when she was a young adult, and after many challenges and with the help of many mentors, she developed an essential network that eventually helped her own children receive scholarships and get through college. Through the partnership with school districts, corporations, and community organizations, Parents Step Ahead has provided training and resources to more than 60,000 families to help with Family Communication, Financial Literacy, Health and Wellness, and Education and Technology/STEM for parents.

Lupita's educational background includes a degree in Social Worker, Abused and Neglected Kids from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. She has extensive professional experience working in the media industry, where she founded a successful media company called El Hispano News and currently holds executive positions in Latina Style and El Hispano News.

She is a highly respected individual in her community and has positively impacted countless lives through her philanthropic work, empowering other parents to realize their potential and provide their children with greater opportunities.
