Eric Ayala is a seasoned start-up expert with a vast experience in leading early-stage (Series A/B) technology companies. He has successfully led three start-ups to IPO or acquisition by developing high-velocity sales and organizational models across various industries, including B2C and B2B. Eric has extensive experience in inside and outside sales, hybrid models, SaaS, mobile, marketplaces, advertising, cloud security, and enterprise software.

Eric has served in several executive roles as VP of Sales, Marketing, President/GM and has a track record of being the first or "fixer" VP in these roles. Notably, Eric has worked with companies such as Novidea, Fugue, Ready4, Cypress, SiteSmith, and UUNET, amongst others. Eric is trilingual, fluent in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.

Educationally, Eric studied at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, Radford University, Stanford University, UC Berkeley, and Georgetown University. Additionally, Eric has venture capital experience and a strong network in Silicon Valley, Boston, and Emerging Markets. He has extensive global market experience and is adept at crafting strategies that enable companies to grow and thrive in these markets.
