London-based professional Shiva Shetty boasts of an impressive 20-year career in business process transformation, project management, and consulting for insurance clients. He has worked with top-tier Insurance clients like AIG, Chubb, CNA, and Scottish Widows in the UK and Europe. Throughout his career, Shetty has developed valuable skills in change management, transformation, and client account management. With a degree in Hospitality Management, he has worked with Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces as a management trainee before rising through the ranks to become an employee relations manager at both Baxy Infosol and American Express. He then moved into the outsourcing sector and worked with Steria as a service delivery manager and senior account manager. Later he joined EXL Service as a senior manager. Shetty is currently seeking strategic project/change management/transformation roles, but is also open to account management and sales roles.
