Externally responsible for the design and creation of education based content. Internally responsible for the design and facilitation of workshops that align the organization and functions on shared vision, goals, and strategy.

National Education Leader

Creator and leader for an internal organizational design team that applies human centered design approaches, organization wide, with an obsession over users. Within the pioneering of this work at RXBAR, I built, mentored, and coached the organization in the adoption of widespread design and change practices. At an Executive level I identified complex organizational and cultural problems, and then guided teams through facilitation in defining the real problem (not symptoms), testing multiple solutions, and iterating with speed.

Vice President of Design

Director of an organizational design team that was founded in partnership with co-founder and CEO. Our founding charter was to protect the founding WHY of a user-centric, entrepreneurial company, that no longer had authentic constraints in place.

Director of Organizational Fitness

Responsible for the creative direction, team alignment, and execution of the largest division inside of the company. During my tenure I lead record growth, proactively identifying, and aligning a national team, in the trend towards disruptive instructional models in K-12 education, which is laying the foundation for what the world of work is already shifting towards (and will continue to shift towards). I also designed, and facilitated, workshops nationally, and served as Keynote speaker at leading Educational change conferences. Additionally, I applied my design background in the identification of, and design/development, of new products.

Vice President of Education

I inspire a level of curiosity and wonder about the role that physical space plays in activating a change in the future of learning.  Within my role, I don't put any definition on "change," as I believe, deeply, that this is something that is to be determined, authentically, with the user.  I will be looking to collaborate with true thought leaders and disruptors, as to position KI as a partner that seeks to activate more than just space.  I look to scale passion and culture, both as a leader for the KI sales team, as well as throughout the education market and learning landscape. A lifelong student myself, I believe that design within schools needs to become far more egalitarian.  I have a dream whereby KI, as a citizen within education, helps to provide end users, partners, and friends with the guided mastery to express their own intent within the re-imagination of our schools.

Education Leader

I deeply believe in the story of the physical space, and seek to inspire a movement in the future of learning through authentic design and activation.  Schooled in design thinking, I lead and make creative change at the K-12 and Higher Education level in the learning experience.  We live in a new world, one that is globally connected.  As a parent, first and foremost, I'm a fan of kiddos and their wonder, curiosity, and love of learning.  As a designer, I love working with disruptive teachers and leaders who have a shared regard of making space that fosters and enhances the interconnected themes of learning.  Let's make!
