Paola Becerra, a seasoned professional with 18 years of experience in the tech industry, recently joined SAP as the VP of Customer Experience for Mexico. After running Digital Core Cloud Business for SAP, Paola was appointed to lead the CX suite in Mexico. She is well-versed in integrating X+O data to deliver a 5-star experience to end-users. Previously, Paola was Sales Director for IBM's Commercial Segment, where she drove double-digit cloud growth by acquiring over 250 new customers through digital channels. She also led MSPs and ISVs in support of IBM's strategy of shifting to a XaaS model while expanding customer reach.

Paola's expertise in the industry is unparalleled, having established IBM's Cloud Services in Mexico through the acquisition of Softlayer. During her tenure, her team closed the first three SAP Cloud projects in Latin America while exceeding business quotas with a triple-digit growth rate. Paola's educational credentials include a Master's in Business Administration from IPADE Business School and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.

Paola's passions outside the corporate sphere encompass sports and dogs. In 2010, she participated in an Ironman competition and founded a non-profit organization called "Huellitas Bosque Real" focused on rescuing abandoned dogs.
