Thad is former CEO and Chairman of Evolving systems and holds extensive experience working in the technology sector with companies ranging from start-up to publicly traded companies.

His recognized senior executive expertise in the wireless, optical, and big data industries has enabled him to provide a variety of companies with strategic direction and leadership in all aspects of company operations including: product strategy, operations, sales and marketing, business development, and mergers and acquisitions. Some of Thad’s senior roles include, VP of Sales at Teradata Corp, SVP of Value-added products at Dun & Bradstreet, VP of Business Development at Terabeam Corporation, and SVP of Sales & Marketing for Expand Beyond.

Thad is a member of the Finance Committee for Archdiocese of Denver, and a trustee of the Colorado Children’s Chorale.

Mr. Dupper served as President and CEO from 2007 through 2015. He added the role of Chairman in 2010 . He joined the company in 2004 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Dupper has more than 30 years’ experience in the telecom technology industry and has a track record of delivering innovative solutions to leading telecom companies.

Evolving Systems was recognized by the Denver Business Journal as the #1 Fastest Growing Public Company for 2010 and 2012.

He holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Manhattan College in New York.
