Hans Chung is a Singaporean professional with a strong background in psychology and leadership development. He holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences, Honours in Psychology from the National University of Singapore and has studied at the University of California, Riverside. He began his professional journey as a Vehicle Commander within the Singapore Armed Forces before his passion for psychology led him into consulting and research roles.

Hans has worked as a Consultant (Psychologist) at the Civil Service College and as an Admin Executive at the Institute of Leadership and Organization Development, also within the Civil Service College. He has been an Associate at Glenn Nosworthy and Associates, a Research Intern at the Institute of Leadership and Organization Development and a Community & Partnership Intern at REACH Community Services Society.

Hans has a wealth of experience in business development, project management, and leadership coaching as he has worked as a Business Development Executive at Mustard Seed Group Pte Ltd, a Project Manager at Purple Rooster Holdings LLC, and a Class Facilitator at Dr Pet’s Motivation Genome.
