Greg Decker, a seasoned financial executive with more than three decades of experience, boasts a wide-ranging background across Fortune 500, middle market, and emerging-growth companies. With functional expertise in financing, operations, M&A, intellectual property licensing, strategic planning, contracts, supply and demand planning, and risk management, Decker has earned a reputation for his proficient work in technology and software as well as footwear and life sciences.

Decker studied International Relations at Pomona College before pursuing his MBA at Harvard Business School. He began his career by holding several finance director positions at Raynet and Qualcomm before assuming the role of CFO at several emerging-growth companies such as NeoPoint, Inc., Viking Systems, Inc., and Sensoria Corporation.

Decker also served as COO and CFO at Concerto Networks, Inc., where he oversaw finance and operations for the B2B managed service provider. He then took the role of Principal at Independent Finance & Operations Advisory, helping start-ups with their finance, operations, and growth needs. He later became Executive Vice President of Operations & Strategic Initiatives at Shoes For Crews, the world leader in slip-resistant footwear.
