Natibeth Kennion is a talented professional with a diverse international background. She holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Law & Political Sciences, Magna Cum Laude, from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua. In addition to English and Spanish, Natibeth is proficient in French and Italian.

After beginning her career as a Legal Assistant at SM Consultores, Natibeth went on to become President of AIESEC in Panama and Costa Rica, the world's largest student-run organization. In this role, she led a regional network of 400 members in two countries and seven local chapters. She has also held several key positions at MMG Bank Corp., including MLRO & Compliance Officer, Legal Officer of Investment Banking, and her current role as Chief Compliance Officer.

Natibeth is passionate about education, social mobility, and leadership, and frequently teaches in her community through social projects at her workplace, local church, and several schools. She is also involved in social entrepreneurship and is a member of the Global Shapers Community, having served as a curator for the Panama Hub from 2013-2014.
