Rebecca Williams is a successful businesswoman with over 15 years of experience in interior design, project management, business development, and client management. She is a LaRoche College alumni who completed her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, followed up by an Associate's degree in the same field from Pittsburgh Technical Institute.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has worked with local, national, and international clients on various size projects in furniture specifications and standards. She has developed furniture bids, summary analyses, and presentations for clients, board members, and committees. She is known for her collaboration between A&D staff, clients, construction teams, and end-users that lead furniture procurement, management, and client education.

Rebecca is acknowledged for her accomplishments and integrity-driven professional life, as well as her strengths in developing and implementing design goals and solutions. She is experienced in high-impact presentations and autonomous and collaborative settings. Her strong customer service orientation and unshakable determination when challenged make her stand out in the competitive markets.

She started her career at The Design Alliance Architects as an Interior Designer/Project Manager, followed by Interior Designer at Desmone and Associates, and then moved on to own her Interior Design company, RWT Interior Design. She has also worked with Kimball here she served as Market Sales Manager and Healthcare Specialist at Interwoven Health, respectively.
