Co-founded licobo with the goal to create a universal API to connect apps, clouds and smart devices. SDKs for multiple platforms allowed software developers to rapidly create well integrated applications. Scaled the business to over 150 million installations worldwide before bringing the technology to the IIoT market with CloudRail.

Worked as part of a research team on the optimization of the LTE (4G) standard for M2M and Internet of Things applications. The goal was to understand requirements of internal departments and develop solutions in cooperation with hardware vendors and standards organizations (3GPP, IEEE, etc).

T-Labs, Telekom Innovation Laboratories

Research

Founded and managed KMFunk, a small vendor for telecommunication services during my time at university. Built up a solid customer base, managed a team of freelancers and positioned the company as a thought leader in the local area.
