• Manager of the AWS Chief Technology Officer Fellowship (CTOF) - an invite-only program run quarterly that provides access to technical resources (office hours with Solutions Architects), expert guidance (Firesides with late-stage CTOs), and networking opportunities with a global community of over 4,000 and growing seed-stage and venture-backed CTOs.
• Led four program cohorts for a total of 1,000+ global early-stage CTOs (Q3 2022, Q4 2022, Q1 2023, Q2 2023), receiving highest CSAT scores for speakers and overall experience in program history.
• Developed Program Management infrastructure for AWS Startup BD Programs Team including CRM Management and fellow experience tracking, application updates and flow/review improvements, updates to Office Hours booking process for both hosts and attendees, revision of and additions to all cohort communications templates.
