With extensive experience as an FM consultant, risk consultant, photographer, and development engineer, Shepheard offers a range of skills and insights that can support businesses in managing their properties and reducing critical business risks.

Shepheard is the managing director of Shepheard Property Ltd, a Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire-based firm that offers commercial and residential real estate investment solutions. He is also the former managing director of FM Expert Ltd and bid lead - FM of Bid Dynamics Ltd, where he provided clients with facility management advice and bid proposal support.

As a member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management, Shepheard has served as a BSI FMW/1 - FM Standards Committee Member, where he contributed to the development of facility management standards. He has also worked as an associate director at hurleypalmerflatt and a senior risk consultant at Riskenomics, where he provided clients with operational risk assessments, technical support, and datacentre reviews.
