Martin Hoffstein is a startup expert with a strong background in brand development, partnerships, and business growth. He is best known for co-founding JAJA Spirits, LLC and assuming the role of COO. Martin is a New York native and a graduate of City University of New York – Baruch College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, and Investments.

In 2012, Martin began his career as an entry-level worker at Fancy.com, where he rose to become Vice President of Global Brand Partnerships. During his tenure at Fancy.com, Martin secured major brand partnerships such as Hermes and managed buying, distribution, and wholesale for the e-commerce platform. In 2015, he worked as a consultant for various industries before obtaining the role of Director of Brand Partnerships at e-commerce leader Spring Inc. During his two years at Spring Inc., he orchestrated over 100 brand partnerships with notable companies such as Gucci, Adidas, and Saks. His efforts led to a 70% growth in brand partnerships and a revenue increase of 60 million dollars.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Martin is a dedicated foodie, music fan, and avid travel aficionado. He studied International Studies, Marketing, and Intercultural Communications at Lorenzo De' Medici. Martin has worked as a financial advisor at ING Financial Partners, a project manager and sales executive at BlueSwitch, and a sales manager at Choice Home Warranty.
