Igor Belousov is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT, robotics, and mechanics. He studied at Lomonosov Moscow State University where he earned a Diploma with Honor and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree. He is also a Doctor of Physics and Mathematics Sciences. In his previous roles, Igor served as the SAP University Alliances Country Manager for Russia and CIS before assuming his current position as Global Director of SAP Intelligent Technologies and Experience Management Academic Communities in Spain. He is also the Country Manager of SAP University Alliances in Italy, Spain, Russia, and CIS (Kazakhstan, Armenia). Prior to joining SAP, Igor was the CEE Chief Technologist and Director of Research and Education Programs at Hewlett-Packard. He played a key role in the development of the HP Institute of Technology program and the establishment of a new HP Labs division in Saint Petersburg. He is a member of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society Technical Committee on Software Engineering for Robotics and Automation. In total, Igor has over 80 publications at leading Russian and International journals and Conferences, including chapters in Kluwer Academic Publishers and Springer books, SPIE journals, and IEEE Transactions on Robotics. He is fluent in Russian, English, Spanish, and French.
