Vinnie Lauria is a well-known entrepreneur turned venture capitalist with a vast experience in the startup ecosystem, with a background that spans across several years of building startups in Silicon Valley and the Southeast Asia region. Having co-founded Golden Gate Ventures in 2001, Vinnie has overseen the organization's growth, currently reaching $250M AUM and investing in over 60 startups in the Southeast Asia region. As a Kauffman Fellow and Tsinghua University MBA candidate, Vinnie has a strong educational background, supported by his expertise in Management Essentials and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Business Administration from Boston University.

Vinnie also spent four years within IBM, where he contributed significantly to the integration of social software for the enterprise.
