Eddy Silvera is a banking professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He has worked in several countries in Central and Latin America, but his work has focused mainly on the Panamanian market. Silvera has experience in corporate banking, commercial banking, public sector banking, and consumer banking. He is a manager who focuses on achieving results and goals, and he empowers and develops his teams to achieve success. He has excellent strategic skills to develop plans and negotiate with stakeholders.
Silvera has affiliations with several organizations, including Director of Financial Nata, Director of the Board of B'nai B'rith Panama, Member of the Finance Commission of the Panamanian American Chamber of Commerce, Columnist of La Estrella de Panama, Tyn Magazine, and Capital Finance for articles on economics, banking, finance, innovation, and business issues.
