Vance C. Lewis is a highly accomplished professional with a rich and diverse background in education and management consulting. He is a former educator, having taught at several charter schools, and has also worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. He is deeply passionate about educational equity and racial justice, and he currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Promise Venture Studio, a nonprofit venture studio that supports entrepreneurs focused on early childhood. Lewis also holds an MBA from Yale University's School of Management, a BBA in Marketing from Howard University, and an MEd in Elementary Education and Special Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
