She is a passionate leader known for delivering digital initiatives and strategic projects that boost revenue and efficiency in businesses. Rachel is recognized for her expertise in project management, PMO setup, software development life-cycle, team leadership, change management, strategic planning, training, stakeholder management, and more.

In her role at Betway Group, Rachel built a high-performing PMO within the Delivery department, mentored project managers, and empowered team members to excel.
