Kodie Wixon brings over 13 years of experience in software projects and management of software systems at both a technical and business level. She has held a series of roles during her career, starting as a Junior Web Developer at HostQuarters and working her way up to Application Development Manager at Opus International Consultants Limited. Wixon currently serves as Business Systems Manager for Tonkin+Taylor, where she manages the company ERP, Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.

Throughout her career, Kodie Wixon has been involved in all aspects of the software development and application life cycle. She has a wide range of technical experience and skills, including web-based and mobile-based technologies, as well as various database systems. Wixon is frequently involved in business analysis, system analysis, solution architecture, application design, business intelligence, and IT strategy. She has also managed Enterprise Business Systems (Deltek Vision ERP, Chris21, Fraedom, Power BI) activities, including staff, system upgrades, integrations, performance enhancements, and custom reporting.

Wixon is passionate about developing her teams as individuals and team players, ensuring a path to success for both their professional growth and the goals of the business. She is also dedicated to delivering and managing products that users love to use, continually improving the overall experience of using the software through new features as well as user training and guidance. Additionally, she ensures the right processes and software methodologies are in place to deliver quality outcomes and compliance with IT controls and formal processes.

Kodie Wixon studied at Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology, where she earned her Bachelor of Information and Communication Technologies (with distinction) in ecommerce / Web Development, as well as A+ certification. She also attended Buller High School.
