Annie Weaver is a highly educated professional, passionate about advocating for youth and social issues. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Colonial and Post-Colonial Studies, Arabic, and French Language from the New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Study. Weaver also studied Arabic Language and Literature at The American University in Cairo, and has attended Middlebury College and New York University Paris. She is currently the Senior Manager of Advocacy and Partnerships at the World Organization of the Scout Movement, where she previously managed social media. Weaver's experience also includes working as the Outreach, Communications, and SDGs Officer at the Office of the Secretary-General's Envoy on Youth at the United Nations, as a communications intern at UN Women, a research assistant at UNDP, and a learning assistant at the NYU University Learning Center. With a diverse skill set and a commitment to making a positive change in the world, Weaver is a valuable asset to any organization she works with.
