Neil Jarvis is a seasoned Product Support Engineer and Technical Trainer at Sepura, with extensive experience in Professional Mobile Radio (PMR) communication solutions. Neil's professional career began in the telecoms industry, where he worked as a Network Support Engineer at Cambridge Cable and a Customer Service Specialist at British Rail.

Before joining Sepura, Neil worked as Project Manager at 7Layers, handling testing services for wireless communication products. During his time at 7Layers, he developed relationships with leading industry players Samsung and Motorola. Neil's passion for assisting and encouraging users has made him a valuable member of Sepura's team, and his role has taken him all over the world. His extensive travel has given him a deeper understanding of how Sepura's products are being used in challenging environments.

Neil holds a HND (Distinction) in Computing from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge. In his free time, Neil enjoys running and is training for the 2021 London Marathon. He is a strong advocate of the blended learning model and believes it will become the new normal in post-COVID-19 times.
