Mike O'Brien is a seasoned Global Operations leader with extensive expertise in product manufacturing, eCommerce, supply chain, international logistics, and retail operations. Holding a degree in Economics from Williams College, O'Brien has been associated with different organizations throughout his career. He has worked with Wayfair in multiple positions, including Global Head of Operations for Specialty Retail Brands and Associate Director of Partner Operations. Additionally, he has served as a Brand Development Consultant, Operations Manager, Associate Consultant, Investment Banking Intern, and Analyst in diverse other companies.

With his dynamic problem-solving skills, thoughtful leadership, and confident decision-making abilities, O'Brien has proven to be an excellent asset to every organization he has worked for. In his past roles, he has gained extensive experience in managing complex operations, leading teams, developing business strategies, and delivering outstanding results. O'Brien has also served as a Varsity Football Offensive and Defensive Line Coach at The Roxbury Latin School and as Chief Financial and Operations Officer at Island Surf Company.
