Kathavarayan Raju is a passionate, self-motivated engineering leader with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry. He holds a Master of Science degree in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the Gandhigram Rural Institute. He also holds a B.Tech in Instrument Technology, First Class from the Madras Institute of Technology Campus.

Raju has served in various leadership roles at companies including TechnipFMC, FMC Technologies, Johnson Controls Inc, and thyssenkrupp. His areas of expertise include leadership, safety, systems integration, quality transformation, controls and automation, project and product management, collaboration, innovation, lean and value stream, data analytics, problem management, and process improvements. He has managed projects in surface and subsea oil & gas production, control, distribution, instrumentation, automation, installation, and intervention systems across the upstream and downstream sectors, petrochemicals, and fertilizers.
