Rebecca Schumer is an accomplished consultant and experienced leader in the philanthropic, private, and nonprofit sectors. With broad-ranging experience in areas such as org strategy, storytelling, program design and implementation, and human-centered program delivery, Rebecca has a proven track record of success across the industry. She is skilled in business innovation and operational excellence methodologies, including design-thinking and lean/six sigma. Rebecca completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees at New York University in Social Policy, Communications, and Public Administration, respectively. In addition to independent consulting roles with social impact organizations, Rebecca has founded The Greenhouse, a platform for teen-led social innovations and Amani Project, a creative youth development organization. She is currently working as an independent consultant for Equity and Women’s Power and Influence at Pivotal Ventures.
