Tuukka's credentials include studying Solution Focused Coach at the University of Helsinki, obtaining his MBA from Aalto University Executive Education, and studying strategic marketing at Tampere University of Applied Sciences and Universiti Sains Malaysia.

Throughout his career, Tuukka has worked with notable organizations such as Samsung Electronics, where he served as Account Director, and Nokia, where he worked as a Concept Development Manager. Additionally, he has held positions as Sales Director at Utopia Analytics Oy and as a Partner at Naava. His experience in various industries has allowed him to gain in-depth experience in AI, machine learning, data analytics, text analytics, moderation, and customer success.
