- Chief Information Officer (CIO) for organizations that are looking for assistance in revitalizing their IT department; here are some limited examples: forecasting and planning, analysis and revising business processes for efficiency, maintaining current technology infrastructures, as well as facilitating and implementing new technologies into already-established environments.- Professional Training: Provides corporate training over iPhone/iPad, and Mac OS X, in the workplace.- Provides continual training for Ameriprise Financial and select clientele.  - Provides security services for business and consumer clients in regard to data encryption, VPN/SSL, and Managed Mobility. - Consulted with a CPA firm to implement secure wireless backups; Managed-mobile user-profiles; upgraded hardware and OS; migrated firm's customer data to new tax software platform; trained senior staff and implemented new workflows that reduced many jobs from 3-4 hours to less than 30 minutes. - Consulted to Jackson State University; sold Lightspeed OnSite software for use in their JSU: Tiger Tech on-campus technology store/ Apple Certified Reseller and Service Provider.- Consulted with several companies to implement new software solutions, such as virtualization, to improve efficiency and resolve persistent problems.

As a technician at Macadvantage, I supported a variety of technical and repair tickets by repairing broken Macintosh systems, performing on-site repairs and diagnostics, as well as providing phone-based help desk support to customers.

After starting as an intern at iKnow Help Desk, I was promoted to supervisor and began performing a variety of administrative and managerial duties. In addition to taking the lead on difficult diagnostics projects, I maintained the employee schedule, managed the parts inventory and monitored employee progress and proficiency.
