Originally from the UK, Simon has lived in Japan for over two decades and is passionate about best practice selection processes and matching top HR practitioners with leading global organizations in the Japan and APAC markets. He is a member of the CIPD and SHRM and actively participates in HR industry and networking events in Japan, where he has a strong network and followership within the Japan HR and business community. Simon has particular expertise in advising global organizations on effective recruitment strategies to help them navigate the challenges of recruiting in Japan, and he has assisted numerous organizations successfully enter the local market.
